5bet Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "5bet" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 5bet.lol, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 5bet platform for any purpose, whether for real-money gaming, demonstration play, or informational browsing.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on 5bet, through which the Player accesses platform features and manages their balance.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of PHP funds held in a Player's 5bet account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable and subject to separate bonus terms), and undisbursed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable bonus terms for each promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by 5bet to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at such other times as 5bet deems necessary.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the 5bet website, its game lobby, sportsbook, live dealer section, payment processing interface, customer support systems, and all associated digital infrastructure.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, regulations, orders, directives, and guidelines applicable to online gaming and sports betting in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to those issued by PAGCOR.

By completing the 5bet registration process, accessing your account, placing a wager, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the 5bet platform, you irrevocably confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 5bet platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to close it. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and use of the 5bet platform for real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced by 5bet. Any Player found to be below the required age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship, persons with a court order restricting gambling, and persons under self-exclusion agreements with 5bet or any connected platform are not eligible.
• Personal Use: The account must be for your own personal, recreational use only. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each eligible individual may hold only one active registered account on 5bet. Duplicate account registration, whether using the same or different personal details, is prohibited.

To access real-money gaming features on 5bet, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing registered name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 5bet may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. 5bet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on 5bet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 5bet account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may be subject to standard bank processing times. 5bet does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. 5bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient bank or e-wallet.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): 5bet maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy in compliance with Applicable Law. 5bet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 5bet may be required to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities without prior notification to the Player.

5bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the applicable promotion, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction herewith.

The following general rules apply to all 5bet bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. One bonus claim per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's terms.
• 5bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where evidence of bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, and irregular betting patterns intended to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.
• Real-money funds deposited into an account take priority over bonus funds in determining betting stake allocation unless the Platform specifies otherwise.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on 5bet are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product, which are made available within the respective game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

5bet reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes;
• Where a bet has been placed on a suspended or closed market;
• Where there is evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised;
• Where a bet has been placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.

All game outcomes generated by 5bet's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software are final. Results determined by live dealer studios are final once the round has concluded and the result confirmed on screen. 5bet does not accept post-round disputes regarding live dealer results where the studio feed confirms a valid outcome.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the 5bet platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting to exploit sportsbook markets;
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's security systems, source code, or infrastructure;
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or engage in any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening conduct toward 5bet staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the 5bet platform, including but not limited to the 5bet brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content licensed to 5bet), software, and compiled data, is the exclusive intellectual property of 5bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 5bet content without express prior written consent from 5bet.

Third-party game content available on 5bet (including JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft titles) remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

5bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 5bet.lol/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5bet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. Account data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5bet will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and licensed game providers where required by Applicable Law or necessary for the operation of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 5bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Loss of data or account access resulting from security breaches not attributable to 5bet's negligence;
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banks or e-wallet providers.

The 5bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 5bet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

5bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 5bet account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Wager Limits: Set maximum stake amounts per bet or game round;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 5bet platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

5bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Registration of duplicate accounts;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms;
• Judicial, regulatory, or law enforcement orders requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 5bet will freeze the account balance for the duration of the investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 5bet support; any available balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file following standard withdrawal processing.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the 5bet platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal action, Players are encouraged to contact 5bet's support team to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. 5bet commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect legitimate interests.

5bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 5bet will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of these Terms indicates the date on which the current version came into force. It is the responsibility of each Player to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the 5bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
